Hello!!!!
Another week in the books. Here are some highlights...
Our friend that we put on date to be baptized ghosted us this week but then he watched all sessions of general conference and had a great lesson with him on Sunday! He still has a strong desire. He also said while watching general conference he felt the spirit confirm that Russell M. Nelson is the true living prophet. We were so happy for him.
We didn't make any new friends this week (meaning no one set up a time to be taught again after first teaching them), but a lot of them went to church (aka general conference this weekend) and they all loved it!
I loved general conference too, I felt the spirit confirm to me the importance of temple work as the prophet spoke. I'm grateful we have the temple and for the covenants ive made there. Now I'm making it a goal to contemplate them more often!
For p day today we tried a noodle place here in LA and I had a bubble waffle for the first time! It's an Asian kind of waffle, mine was chocolate with chocolate chips an vanilla ice cream. When you bite into it, theres melty chocolate and I was in loooove. We also went to a Japanese dollar store!!!! They had the cutest stationary and it was pretty cheap
