Week 12 Tai Wo

First week with the new comp Sister Hinton! We had a lot of fun, and a lot of success this week! Our friends haven't really been coming to church lately, so this week we decided to try and do one thing everyday to help them get to church! I was so hype to see floods of new people coming to church, buuuuuuut no one came. UNTIL we found out one had actually watched with one of our members at their house!! And asked a lot of questions!! And felt the spirit!! So MIRACLESSSS! We also had miracles on s\Sunday while calling people who might be interested, so many people answered and wanted to learn more! There was one who even was a wrong number, and usually when we keep talking after finding out its a wrong number they hang up, but he listened! And when we asked if he wanted to learn more, there was a long pause, and then he just goes " " and we were so hype.

Also, ima just point out the obvious hehe, The Gift of Tongues is SO real. For those of you who don't know, The Gift of Tongues is when God gives people the ability to speak in and understand foreign languages. Missionaries all over the world are blessed with this, and I really felt it this week! It was intimidating needing to be a missionary without a native companion, but I've noticed my comprehension sky rocket by like 1000%. I'm understanding SO much, and am able to help people using what I know. It's amazing to see God working miracles with two teenagers who just started learning this language 6 months ago, that we didn't even know existed until we found out we were going to Hong Kong. Believe me, it's not perfect. We still get things confused and have moments where we don't completely understand other peoples meanings, but as we put in daily effort, God is doubling our abilities.

ANYWAY I love serving with Sister Hinton! And I love helping the people in the Tai Wo area! I hope everyone has wonderful week, and don't forget to pray!

We went biking for p day!!! Stopped for ice cream along the way. And saw a fun spiral thing. Soo fun hehe
