Update Arielle Hong Kong:
Transfer news came: I'm staying with my companion in the same area and we got a trainee!! So we'll be training her together. Our new comp has already been a missionary for 6 months (she was serving in New York City for a while) so she's got missionary work down, but we're helping her adjust to the culture/language her name is Sister heiner and she's full of great ideas and has such love for people!!!
As far as other things go we've been talking to a lot of people and trying to find ways to serve!! We had one of the leaders of our church in the Asia Area come to our mission and speak which was really inspiring! It really made me realize how much I love Hong Kong and the people here we also got sing a song together which is my fave!!!
My old first trainer moved into our apartment and it's sooo fun!! Our apartment laughs together a lot and encourages each other, it's good vibesssss. Sister Chan really wants to be an ABC (American born Chinese) so she's always asking us stuff about the US like "would you wear this in America?"
I'm so grateful God loves all of us, and I've been trying to channel that love more in my missionary work. I love what our prophet said about how our most important identity is children of God, and I've been trying to remember that as I meet people.
Yayayay and some pics have a good weeeeek!!!!
