Hello!
Fun things from the week:
We met with a sister from our ward this week! She's deaf so we have to type out what we want to say to her and then she responds to us. She lives alone and is 93 years old, she says she gets bored a lot. We walked around a little with her and she was like 我行得點啊？which is to say: am I good at walking? It was adorable.
We also had a lesson with 3 sisters in our ward, and their friend who's been coming to church!! We Invited them all to read from The Book of Mormon, and invited the friend to talk again next week to learn more about the history of The Book of Mormon. These members are killing it at being missionaries
There were also transfers this week, but my comp and I stayed! Although my past comp who I've been living with for a whole moved its sad, but good. She's on the island now, which is the biggest city part of Hong Kong which is exciting for her.
Another highlight of the week was partaking of The Sacrament. It's something we do in church everywhere that reminds us of Christ's Sacrifice and our commitment to follow him. I felt a lot of peace as partook of the bread and water that represent Christ's body and blood.
